What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

You need to cancel at least 12 hours in advance, otherwise, unfortunately, you will lose your credit. We understand that sometimes situations arise where it’s disappointing to lose your credit. In case of illness, you can send us a medical note via email, and our team will review what they can do.

When should I arrive for my class?

Accepted Answer

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts. This gives you time to settle in, get ready, and be fully present for the session. If you arrive late, we unfortunately cannot let you into the class, as this would disrupt the other participants. We appreciate your understanding.
Especially in Knokke, as the doors close automatically when the class starts.

What should I do if I’m running late?

If you arrive late, please be aware that we may not be able to let you into the class. We prioritize the experience and comfort of all our participants, and lateness can interfere with that.
