Our regular Reformer classes are open to all levels. If you’d like a slower introduction to the equipment, choose a Beginner class. Let your instructor know it’s your first time so they can guide you and offer adjustments where needed.

Not at all. Beginners are welcome. Our instructors explain the exercises and offer options for different experience levels.

Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle. Grip socks are required for Reformer classes. If you don’t have a pair yet, you can buy them at the studio. You don’t need trainers for class.

Most Reformer classes last 50 minutes. If a class has a different duration, you’ll see this in the schedule.

Our Reformer classes focus on controlled movement, technique and strength, with options for different levels. YŌKO+ uses slower movements and longer time under tension for an extra challenge. YŌKO+ is available in Antwerp. Check the class description before booking to find the right fit for you.

Mat Pilates takes place on a mat and uses your body weight, sometimes with small props. Reformer Pilates uses a machine with springs that add resistance and support to the movements.

We offer dedicated prenatal classes in Ghent; you can find the current times in the YŌKO app. If you’d like to join a regular class, please email us beforehand so we can inform your instructor and discuss suitable adjustments. If you have any medical concerns, check with your healthcare provider before attending.
