A year ago, we dared to dream of creating a space where others could experience the life-changing power of Pilates, the same power that transformed our own lives. Today, that dream is growing, and we’re deeply grateful to share it with you.
What began in the heart of Ghent, in a historic building full of character and stories, soon expanded to Knokke, our warm, coastal home where life feels a little lighter.
And now, we’re excited to take the next step: our brand-new Yoko+ studio in Antwerp is on the way. Expect more intensity, more energy, and that signature Yoko feeling - elevated.

Our studios are more than places to move; they are spaces of connection, transformation, and belonging. We welcome you with open hearts into a community where you can feel safe, supported, and truly yourself.

Welcome to our first location in the heart of Ghent, located at the beautiful Sint-Jansvest 24. This charming building, which once served as a student restaurant, still breathes the rich history of the city. The old structure has retained its authentic charm and provides an ideal setting for our Pilates classes. The inviting space is the perfect environment to relax and strengthen your body.

The location is very central, making it easy to reach us by walking, public transport, or cycling.​
